Brevity
(Brev"i*ty) n.; pl. Brevities [L. brevitas, fr. brevis short: cf. F. brièvité. See Brief.]

1. Shortness of duration; briefness of time; as, the brevity of human life.

2. Contraction into few words; conciseness.
